Early check-in or late check-out is subject to parking slot availability on a relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the admin.   

Slots not occupied by 2 hours will be seen as a No-Show unless a prior arrangement has been made. 

All reservation down payments is non-refundable. 

A parking reservation rate will be chargeable for check-in at 6 hours or check-out after 12:00 hours. 

It is mandatory for all guests to produce a valid identity document upon check-in; like OR/CR or Valid ID shall be accepted as proof of identity. 

Guests reserved in the parking lot must be at least 18 years of age. 

All customers/drivers must register through a slot registration form upon check-in.  

Please note that any change in the driver reservation may change the rate. 

For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at the time of reservation, slots are held until parking check-out time (12:00 hours) the day following arrival.
