This agreement governs the use of the parking lot located at Borromeo Street operated by Surigao Parking Lot the Admin. By entering the Parking Lot, the user agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth below:

1.  Parking Fees: The user agrees to pay the parking fee at the rates posted by the Operator. You accept that we may send you bills and receipts by email or another way in an electronic format.
2.  How we calculate the price to park: The Surigao Parking Lot at any given parking space is set by the Surigao Parking Lot Owner, and the Surigao Parking Lot Owner is free to change the rates at any time. Price changes will not impact any previously confirmed reservation unless the Surigao parking lot owner chooses to issue a price increase on a current long-term booking. In the case of a price increase, the Surigao parking lot Owner must provide us with 30 days’ notice for such change to take effect. The price advertised on the Online Service includes the fee that we charge on top of the Surigao parking lot Owner's set price for providing the Online Service.
2.  Liability: The user agrees that the Operator is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the user's vehicle, or any belongings inside the vehicle while it is parked in the Parking Lot.
3.  Indemnity: The user agrees to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the user's use of the Parking Lot.
4. Restrictions: The user agrees not to park in any area designated as "Reserved" or "No Parking." The user also agrees not to park in a manner that obstructs traffic or any other vehicle in the Parking Lot.
5.  No Warranty: The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Parking Lot, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6.  Termination: The Operator reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Entire
7. Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Operator and the user and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
8.  Automatic email filing: Some email providers may direct emails from us, including reservation/listing confirmations and other communications about your reservation/listing or your account, into your 'Junk' or 'Promotions' folder, or any other folder that may not be your inbox. We are not responsible if you fail to receive communications in these circumstances, and we recommend that you check your email settings to add us to your 'Permitted Senders' list, and also check your 'Spam' folders periodically, and in any event if you have not received a communication which you expect to receive from us.
9.  Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By entering the Parking Lot, the user acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement and agrees to be bound by them.
10. Cancelling a reservation: If you want to cancel reservation we have accepted on your behalf, you should contact us via our Contact page to request the cancellation. Please see the section of the Parking Contract that sets out the cancellation policy for further information on how much notice you must give us and the circumstances where you will be obliged to pay a refund to the Driver.
